Description

Seamless Transitions. Adapt Your Mainline.

The 3/4" x 1/2" Easy Loc Reducing Coupler is the ideal solution for stepping down the size of your irrigation mainline. Whether you are extending an existing 3/4" system with 1/2" tubing or branching off to a smaller zone, this fitting ensures a secure, leak-proof connection without the need for glue or clamps. It is frequently used downstream from high-capacity pressure regulators to transition into standard distribution lines.

As one of our most reliable irrigation fittings, the Easy Loc reducing coupler features a locking nut mechanism that tightens over the tubing, providing superior holding power even under pressure fluctuations. Its reusable design makes it perfect for both permanent installations and seasonal systems that need to be reconfigured.

Why Choose Easy Loc Technology?
  • Tool-Free Installation: The large, textured collars allow you to hand-tighten the fitting securely. No clamps, glues, or special tools are required.
  • Leak-Proof Seal: The locking collar compresses the tubing against the internal barb, creating a seal that withstands pressures up to 60 PSI.
  • Fully Reusable: Mistakes happen, and garden layouts change. Simply unscrew the collars to remove the fitting and use it elsewhere.
  • Durable Construction: Molded from chemical-resistant polypropylene with UV stabilizers, ensuring years of performance in harsh sunlight.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Connect two different sizes of tubing in seconds.

Step 1: Prep the Tubing
Ensure both your 3/4" and 1/2" tubing ends are cut squarely and are free of dirt or burrs.

Step 2: Loosen Collars
Rotate the locking collars on both sides of the coupler backwards (towards the center of the fitting) to expose the barbs.

Step 3: Insert Tubing
Push the 3/4" tubing onto the large end and the 1/2" tubing onto the small end. Push until the tubing hits the internal stops.

Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the locking collars forward over the tubing. Hand-tighten firmly to secure the connection.
