DripWorks, a local Catalog/Internet Retailer, is NOW hiring seasonal Customer Service Representatives to work in our call center. Please apply if you have strong computer/phone skills and customer service experience! (This is NOT a telemarketing job!)
Minimum Requirements:
- Answer phones and respond to emails.
- Experience using computers, including Microsoft windows environment.
- Assist customers with online or telephone orders using our website or catalog.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Type a minimum of 45 wpm.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a friendly and productive attitude.
- Impeccable attendance.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (between 7 am - 5 pm)
- Ability to speak, read and write in fluent English.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to prospect new Landscape accounts and expand under-penetrated accounts in top California markets.
- Demonstrate great prospecting skills to identify new accounts and key decision makers
- Leverage prior experience, accounts and network to expand DripWorks customers portfolio
- Manage a book of business consisting of accounts currently doing little or no business with DripWorks. This book of business will typically range from 100 – 200 accounts ($2 to 3 million annual sales)
- Grow minimum of $200k GM$ growth year over year
- Ensure that customers are aware of and fully utilizing all of DripWorks capabilities including Design Center, DripWorks Learning, Live call center support, and Job Site Delivery
- Report progress against opportunities to share verifiable outcomes
- Facilitate the placement of customer orders and monitors fulfillment process for high volume key customer accounts including daily orders, bids, and deliveries
- Make presentations to customers as needed, helps with bids and quotes
- Build & Updates customer profiles in CRM

Digital Marketing Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

- Build and optimize a secure web page for evolving business needs: new products, new customer segments, etc
- Design, write, and edit website content.
- Build, design, and maintain new websites and software applications.
- Provide continued support for the team in US and India.
- Maintain communication with team members and supervisors concerning the direction of the website.
- Code and script applications.
- Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis.
