Description

High-Flow Reduction. Branch with Confidence.

The 1" x 1" x 3/4" Easy Loc Reducing Tee is designed to split your heavy-duty irrigation mainlines into manageable secondary zones. This fitting connects two sections of 1" Poly Tubing while providing a dedicated outlet for 3/4" poly tubing, allowing you to maintain higher flow rates into your garden beds or orchard rows. It serves as a critical junction for reducing line sizes without the need for complex glued manifolds or multiple bushing adapters.

Built from high-impact, UV-resistant polypropylene, this tee is one of the most reliable irrigation fittings for agricultural and large-scale residential projects. It features the industry-standard Easy Loc locking collar system on all three connection points. The locking nuts screw over the tubing to create a positive seal that resists pull-out and leaks, ensuring your system performs flawlessly season after season.

Why Choose Easy Loc Technology?
  • Efficient Transitions: Steps down from 1" headers (high capacity) to 3/4" sub-mains in a single, compact unit.
  • Positive Locking Action: The threaded collars compress the tubing onto the barbed inserts, providing a connection that handles pressure surges and temperature fluctuations.
  • Fast Installation: No clamps, glues, or special tools are required. The ergonomic nuts are easy to hand-tighten, even in the field.
  • Reusability: Unlike PVC or compression fittings, Easy Loc fittings can be unscrewed and reused, making them ideal for temporary systems or evolving landscape designs.
  • Durable Construction: Resistant to agricultural chemicals, fertilizers, and harsh sunlight.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Secure connections in four simple steps.

Step 1: Cut Tubing
Ensure your 1" mainline and 3/4" branch lines are cut clean and square. Remove any grit or dirt from the tubing ends.

Step 2: Loosen Nuts
Twist the locking collars backwards towards the center of the tee fitting. You do not need to remove them completely.

Step 3: Insert Tubing
Push the tubing onto the exposed barbs. Ensure the 1" tubing goes on the straight run and the 3/4" tubing goes on the branch outlet. Push until they hit the stops.

Step 4: Lock to Seal
Twist the locking collars forward over the tubing. Hand-tighten firmly to compress the tubing against the barb for a leak-proof seal.

✔ Compatibility Check

Verify your tubing sizes:

  • Run (Side Ports): Fits 1" Poly Tubing (1000 Series / ~1.060" OD).

  • Note: This fitting will NOT fit 1/2" tubing on the center port.
