Follow these steps to join two pipes securely.
Step 1: Prep the Pipe
Cut both ends of your 1" Blu-Lock tubing cleanly and squarely. Ensure the cut is straight and free of debris to guarantee a perfect seal with the internal O-ring.
Step 2: Push to Connect
Insert the first tube into the coupler until it stops. You will feel it pass the internal grip ring.
Step 3: Connect the Second Pipe
Push the second piece of tubing into the other side of the coupler until fully seated.
Step 4: Verify
Pull back gently on both sides to ensure the stainless steel teeth have locked onto the pipe.
