The .620 OD Easy Loc Coupler is the essential maintenance fitting for any system using .620" outer diameter tubing. Whether you are repairing a cut in your line or extending an existing zone in a Raindrip® or older irrigation setup, this coupler provides a fast, permanent connection. To ensure your repairs last, we recommend checking your system pressure with a pressure regulator to keep it under 30 PSI.

As one of our most reliable irrigation fittings, the Easy Loc Coupler allows you to join two pieces of tubing without hand strain or special tools. The locking collar spins down to compress the tubing against the barb, creating a seal that is far superior to standard friction-fit connectors, especially in warm weather.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to connect two pieces of tubing.

Step 1: Prepare the Ends
Cut both ends of your .620" OD tubing squarely to ensure a clean connection. If repairing a break, cut out the damaged section completely.

Step 2: Unlock the Fitting
Rotate the locking collars on both sides backwards (towards the center) to expose the internal barbs. Do not remove the nuts.

Step 3: Insert Tubing
Push the tubing ends over the barbs until they hit the internal stops. A twisting motion helps seat the tubing fully.

Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the locking collars forward (over the tubing) to clamp the tubing in place. Hand-tighten for a leak-proof seal.
