Description

Flush Your System. Secure the End.

The .620" OD Easy Loc End w/Cap is the professional solution for terminating runs of .620" Poly Tubing. Unlike permanent crimp fittings, this unit features a removable threaded hose cap, allowing you to easily open the line and flush out debris that accumulates over time. Regular flushing is critical for protecting downstream components like timers and emitters from sediment buildup.

Designed specifically for tubing with a .620" outer diameter (common in Raindrip® systems), this fitting uses the reliable Easy Loc locking mechanism to ensure a leak-proof seal. It is one of our most essential irrigation fittings for maintaining a healthy, clog-free drip system year after year.

Why Choose Easy Loc (Perma-Loc)?
  • Flush in Seconds: Simply unscrew the hose cap to flush the line, then screw it back on. No need to cut the tubing or remove the entire fitting.
  • Secure Locking Nut: The Easy Loc collar screws over the tubing, compressing it against the internal barb. This ensures the fitting won't blow off, even under pressure surges.
  • Reusable Design: If you decide to expand your system later, you can unlock the fitting, remove it, and reuse it elsewhere.
  • Specific Sizing: Clearly identified by the black nut, this fitting is designed exclusively for .620" OD tubing and will not leak like mismatched standard fittings.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Install in seconds without tools.

Step 1: Prepare Tubing
Cut the end of your .620" OD tubing squarely. Ensure the cut is clean and free of burrs.

Step 2: Unlock Fitting
Rotate the Easy Loc collar backwards (towards the threaded end) to expose the internal barb. Do not remove the nut completely.

Step 3: Insert Tubing
Push the tubing firmly onto the barb until it hits the internal stop. A wiggling motion helps seat the tubing fully.

Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the Easy Loc collar forward over the tubing. This locks the tubing in place and creates a watertight seal.

Step 5: Flush & Cap
Run water through the system to flush out debris. Once clear, screw the included hose cap onto the end thread hand-tight.
