Description

Branch Your Lines. Repair Older Systems.

The .620 OD Easy Loc Tee is the professional solution for splitting a single line of .620" poly tubing into two separate directions. Designed specifically for the smaller diameter tubing often found in older irrigation setups or Raindrip® systems, this tee allows you to expand your watering zones without replacing your entire mainline. We recommend installing a pressure regulator upstream to ensure your system operates within the optimal 20-30 PSI range.

As one of our most specialized irrigation fittings, this tee utilizes the reliable Easy Loc locking mechanism to create a secure, leak-proof connection without the need for hose clamps or glues. Whether you are creating a grid layout for a vegetable bed or branching off to water a new planter, this fitting ensures a watertight seal on .620" OD tubing every time.

Why Choose Easy Loc Technology?
  • Tool-Free Installation: No ratchets, clamps, or heating required. The large, textured locking nuts are designed for easy hand-tightening.
  • Fully Reusable: If you need to reconfigure your garden layout, simply unscrew the collars, remove the tubing, and reuse the fitting elsewhere.
  • Positive Locking Action: The threaded collars screw over the tubing, compressing it against the internal barbs. This prevents "blow-offs" caused by pressure surges or warm temperatures.
  • Durable Construction: Molded from high-impact polypropylene with UV stabilizers, these fittings are built to withstand harsh sunlight and agricultural fertilizers.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps for a leak-proof connection.

Step 1: Prepare Tubing
Cut your .620" OD tubing squarely at the point where you want to create a branch. Ensure the cut is clean and free of burrs.

Step 2: Unlock the Fittings
Rotate the locking collars on all three ends of the tee backwards (towards the center of the fitting) to expose the internal barbs. Do not remove the nuts completely.

Step 3: Connect Tubing
Push your .620" tubing firmly over the barbs until it hits the stops. You may need to use a wiggling motion to get the tubing over the barb lips.

Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the locking collars forward (over the tubing) to clamp the connection in place. Hand-tighten firmly.
