Description

90-Degree Precision. Kink-Free Corners.

The .620" OD Easy Loc Elbow is the ideal solution for navigating corners in your irrigation layout. Bending poly tubing too sharply can restrict water flow or cause permanent kinks over time. By installing this 90-degree elbow, you ensure smooth, full-flow direction changes around garden beds, raised planters, or building foundations.

Designed specifically for .620" OD Poly Tubing (common in Raindrip® systems), this fitting uses a secure locking nut to hold the tubing tight. It is one of the most reliable irrigation fittings for customizing the shape of your system without relying on fragile barbed connectors that can pull apart.

Why Choose Easy Loc (Perma-Loc)?
  • Smooth Flow: The internal design minimizes friction loss, keeping pressure high even after making a sharp 90-degree turn.
  • Secure Locking Nut: The Easy Loc collar screws over the tubing, compressing it against the internal barb. This creates a bond that withstands heat expansion and pressure surges.
  • Reusable: Perfect for temporary or evolving gardens. You can unscrew the nut, remove the tubing, and use the fitting again in a new location.
  • Specific Sizing: Clearly identified by the black nut, this fitting is designed exclusively for .620" OD tubing, preventing the leaks often caused by using standard .700" fittings on smaller pipe.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Install quickly without hand tools.

Step 1: Cut the Tubing
Cut your .620" OD tubing where you need to make the turn. Ensure the cuts are square and clean.

Step 2: Unlock Fitting
Rotate both Easy Loc collars backwards (towards the center of the elbow) to expose the barbs.

Step 3: Insert Tubing
Push the tubing ends onto the barbs until they hit the internal stops.

Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the Easy Loc collars forward over the tubing. Hand-tighten firmly to secure the connection.
