Installation is tool-free and fast.
Step 1: Prep the Tubing
Ensure your 1" poly tubing has a clean, square cut. Rotate the locking collars on the valve backwards (towards the center of the valve) to expose the barb.
Step 2: Insert Tubing
Push the tubing onto the barb until it hits the internal stop. It may require a little force/wiggling to get over the barb ridges.
Step 3: Lock it Down
Twist the locking collar forward (over the tubing) until tight. This compresses the tubing onto the barb for a leak-proof seal.
Step 4: Test
Turn on your system and operate the handle to ensure flow control is functioning correctly.
