The FlexNet Spigot x Barb Connector Kit is the essential bridge between your flexible distribution lines and rigid PVC systems. Designed to adapt FlexNet Flexible Pipe directly to standard Schedule 40 PVC fittings, this kit ensures a secure, high-pressure connection for headers, submains, and flush manifolds.
This adapter features a specialized "Spigot" end that matches standard IPS pipe diameters, allowing it to be solvent-welded (glued) directly into a PVC Tee, Elbow, or Coupling. The opposing end features a heavy-duty barb that inserts into the FlexNet pipe, secured by the included metal tightening band. It is a critical component for growers requiring professional irrigation fittings to integrate portable flexible piping with permanent underground or above-ground PVC infrastructure.
Specific dimensions for system planning.

Connect your flexible pipe to rigid PVC.
Step 1: Prep the PVC Connection
Use PVC Primer and PVC Glue to solvent weld the "Spigot" end of the adapter into your PVC Tee, Elbow, or Coupling. Allow it to cure fully.
Step 2: Position the Clamp
Slide the included metal tightening band over the end of your FlexNet pipe.
Step 3: Connect FlexNet
Insert the barbed end of the adapter (now glued to your PVC system) into the open end of the FlexNet pipe. Push it in fully.
Step 4: Secure
Slide the clamp over the connection point (where the barb is inside the pipe) and tighten firmly with a tool to create a watertight seal.
