EZ-FLO Quick Connect Collet

Collets are the internal quick-connect gripping rings inside your EZ-FLO cap that lock 1/4" tubing in place under pressure. Over time — especially with repeated disconnection and reconnection — the plastic teeth can wear down, crack, or lose their grip, causing:

• Leaking at the cap connection: A worn collet no longer creates a watertight seal around the tubing.
• Tubing pulling out under pressure: Damaged collet teeth can no longer hold the tubing securely when the system is pressurized.
• Uneven fertigation: Any leak at the cap disrupts the proportional feed rate of your injector.

Replacing the collets is a quick fix that restores your injector cap to like-new performance at a fraction of the cost of a full cap replacement.

Which EZ-FLO injectors use this collet?
This collet is designed specifically for EZ-FLO cap assemblies that use the CAP-MBT proportioning cap connection.

Why are there two colors (green and blue)?
The green and blue collets are the two color-coded sizes used in EZ-FLO CAP-MBT cap assemblies — each pack includes both so you have the correct size on hand.

Each pack contains one of each color so you are covered for both connection points on your cap.

How do I replace the collet?
Depressurize and disconnect your system, then use a collet removal tool or thin flathead to depress the collet ring inward while pulling the tubing free. The old collet can be popped out and the new one pressed firmly into the cap fitting until it seats flush.

Should I buy the 2-pack or the 6-pack?
The 2-pack is sufficient for a single cap repair. The 6-pack is the better value if you manage multiple EZ-FLO injectors or want to keep spares on hand for the season.
