EZ-FLO Replacement Cap (High Pressure Units)

Will this cap fit my EZ-FLO hose-thread (hose bib) unit?
No. This cap (CAP-HPF) is specifically designed for EZ-FLO High-Pressure mainline units with fine threads. Standard hose-thread units use a different cap with coarse threads.

If you are unsure which cap your unit requires, count the threads on your existing cap: the fine-thread cap has approximately 25–30 threads. If yours has fewer threads, you need a coarse-thread replacement instead.

Does this replacement cap work with older EZ-FLO models?
Yes. This cap is compatible with all EZ-FLO models from 2017 and newer. It is also the required replacement for several pre-2017 models (EZ005-FX, EZ010-FX, EZ010-HC, EZ017-HC, EZ025-HC) and pre-2005 models (EZ001-FX and EZ003-FX).

Are dip tubes and the adapter bushing included?
Yes — this kit includes the universal adapter bushing and 16-inch dip tubes. The dip tubes should be cut to the correct length for your tank size per EZ-FLO's installation instructions.

Note that the cap O-ring is not included and is sold separately. We recommend inspecting and replacing the O-ring any time the cap is removed to prevent leaks.

Should I remove my EZ-FLO injector during winter?
Yes. EZ-FLO injectors should be disconnected and stored indoors during winter months when the irrigation system is shut down.

Freezing water expands and can crack the tank, cap, or fittings. Drain and store your injector in a frost-free location each fall to extend its service life.
