Description

Control Your Flow. Customize Your Zones.

The .620" OD Easy Loc Valve gives you complete control over individual sections of your irrigation system. By installing this in-line shut-off valve, you can manually turn water on or off to specific garden beds, rows, or planters without affecting the rest of your layout. This is perfect for managing plants with different water requirements or shutting down sections that are not currently in use (such as harvested vegetable beds).

Designed specifically for .620" OD Poly Tubing (common in Raindrip® systems), this valve uses the trusted Easy Loc locking mechanism for a secure, leak-proof connection. It is one of the most versatile irrigation fittings for gardeners who want to zone their system without installing expensive automated timers for every single bed.

Why Choose Easy Loc (Perma-Loc)?
  • Precise Control: The large handle is easy to turn, allowing you to quickly open, close, or throttle the flow of water to a specific zone.
  • Secure Locking Nut: The Easy Loc collar screws over the tubing, compressing it against the internal barb. This prevents the valve from pulling off, even under pressure.
  • Reusable: If you change your garden layout, you can unscrew the valve and move it to a new location.
  • Specific Sizing: Clearly identified by the black nut, this fitting is designed exclusively for .620" OD tubing, ensuring a perfect fit where standard .700" fittings would leak.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Install in minutes. No glue or clamps required.

Step 1: Cut the Line
Identify where you want to control the flow. Cut your .620" OD tubing squarely at that point.

Step 2: Unlock Fitting
Rotate both Easy Loc collars backwards (towards the center valve body) to expose the barbs.

Step 3: Insert Tubing
Push the tubing ends onto the barbs until they hit the internal stops.

Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the Easy Loc collars forward over the tubing. Hand-tighten firmly to secure the connection.

✔ Compatibility Check

  • Does NOT Fit: Standard DripWorks 1/2" Tubing (.700" OD).
  • Does NOT Fit: Drip Tape.
