Description

Split Your Mainline. Reduce to Distribution Zones.

The 3/4" x 1/2" x 1/2" Easy Loc Tee is a versatile reducing fitting that solves two problems at once. It allows you to split a single line into two directions while simultaneously reducing the tubing size from 3/4" mainline down to 1/2" distribution tubing.

This "Reducing Tee" is perfect for transitioning from a heavy-duty supply header to smaller garden rows or raised beds. It features one 3/4" Easy Loc connection and two 1/2" Easy Loc connections, providing a secure, leak-proof transition without the need for multiple adapters or glued reducing bushings.

Why Choose Easy Loc Technology?

  • Seamless Reduction: Eliminates the need for separate couplers and reducers. One fitting handles the split and the size change instantly.
  • Secure Locking Technology: The locking nuts screw over the tubing, compressing it against the internal barbs. This ensures that both your large 3/4" lines and smaller 1/2" lines stay connected under pressure.
  • Fully Reusable: Perfect for seasonal gardens. If you need to move a bed or change your layout, simply unscrew the collars and remove the tubing.
  • Tool-Free Installation: No clamps, ratchets, or hot water required. The large, textured nuts are designed for easy hand-tightening.
  • UV & Chemical Resistant: Molded from high-grade polypropylene with UV stabilizers, these fittings resist cracking from sun exposure and are chemically inert to standard fertilizers.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to ensure a leak-proof connection on both tubing sizes.

Step 1: Prepare Tubing
Cut both your 3/4" and 1/2" tubing squarely. Ensure the cuts are clean and free of burrs.

Step 2: Unlock the Fittings
Rotate the locking collars on all three ends backwards to expose the internal barbs. Do not remove the nuts completely.

Step 3: Connect Tubing
Match the tubing size to the correct port (Large nut = 3/4", Small nuts = 1/2"). Push the tubing firmly over the barb until it hits the stop.

Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the locking collars forward (over the tubing) to clamp them in place. Hand-tighten firmly.

⚠️ Compatibility Check

Check your tubing sizes carefully:

  • Large Side: Fits standard 3/4" Poly Tubing (.940" OD).
  • Small Sides: Fits standard 1/2" Poly Tubing (.700" OD).
  • The 1/2" side will NOT fit 5/8" Drip Tape.
