Follow these steps to securely terminate your line.
Step 1: Prep the Tubing
Make a clean, square cut at the end of your 1/2" poly tubing. Ensure the end is free of dirt or jagged edges.
Step 2: Unlock the Fitting
Rotate the Easy Loc locking collar backwards (towards the flush cap) to expose the internal barb. Do not remove the nut completely.
Step 3: Insert Tubing
Push the tubing firmly over the barb until it hits the internal stop. A slight twisting motion helps seat the tubing fully.
Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the locking collar forward (over the tubing) to compress the connection. Hand-tighten firmly. To flush, simply unscrew the small cap at the end.
