Description

Seamlessly transition from mainline tubing to PVC while controlling the flow.

Managing water flow to individual rows is essential for precision irrigation. The 3/4" Easy Loc x 3/4" MPT w/ Valve combines a secure tubing connector with a manual shut-off valve, allowing you to connect 3/4" poly tubing directly to PVC risers or manifolds while retaining full control over that specific line.

Perfect for rotating crops, maintenance, or varying water needs, this fitting threads into any standard 3/4" Female Pipe Thread (FPT) fitting. The large, easy-to-turn handle lets you open or close the flow instantly, while the Easy Loc nut ensures your tubing remains securely attached without leaks.

Why Choose Easy Loc Technology?
  • Integrated Flow Control: The built-in quarter-turn valve gives you the power to isolate specific rows. This is ideal for harvesting, weeding, or repairing a line without shutting down the entire system.
  • Secure Locking Technology: The locking nut screws over the tubing, compressing it against the barb. This mechanism holds tight even under pressure variations.
  • Direct PVC Connection: The 3/4" Male Pipe Threads (MPT) allow this fitting to screw directly into PVC tees, elbows, or manifolds, eliminating the need for extra adapters.
  • Tool-Free Installation: No clamps or glues required for the tubing side. The large, textured Easy Loc nut is designed for easy hand-tightening.
  • UV & Chemical Resistant: Molded from high-grade polypropylene with UV stabilizers, these fittings resist cracking from sun exposure and are chemically inert to standard fertilizers.

Understanding compatibility is key. This fitting connects poly tubing to pipe threads.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to ensure a leak-proof connection.

Step 1: Seal the Threads
Apply 3-4 wraps of thread seal tape to the 3/4" Male Pipe Threads (MPT). This ensures a water-tight seal against the PVC fitting.

Step 2: Install Threaded End
Screw the threaded end into your 3/4" Female Pipe Thread (FPT) fitting or manifold. Hand-tighten firmly. Do not overtighten with a wrench as this may crack the plastic.

Step 3: Connect Tubing
Rotate the Easy Loc locking collar backwards to expose the barb. Push your 3/4" poly tubing over the barb until it hits the stop.

Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the locking collar forward over the tubing to clamp it in place.

✔ Compatibility Check

Check your thread type carefully:

  • This is MPT (Pipe Thread): It is designed to fit into PVC fittings, risers, and manifolds.
  • It is NOT GHT (Hose Thread): This will NOT seal correctly on a standard garden hose spigot or hose timer without an adapter.
  • Tubing Side: Fits standard 3/4" Poly Tubing (.940" OD).
  • It will NOT fit flat Drip Tape or 1/2'' Poly Tubing.
