Description

Clean Corners. High-Flow Performance.

The 1" Easy Loc Elbow is the heavy-duty solution for creating sharp 90-degree turns in your large-diameter mainline. Designed to connect two sections of 1" Poly Tubing, this fitting allows you to route water around garden beds, fences, or buildings without bending the pipe, which can cause flow-restricting kinks.

As one of our most reliable irrigation fittings, the Easy Loc (Perma-Loc) design utilizes a locking nut that screws over the tubing to compress it against the barb. This "lock-and-seal" mechanism is strong enough to handle the higher water volumes of a 1" system while remaining easy to install by hand. For optimal performance, always install these fittings downstream from a pressure regulator.

Why Choose Easy Loc Technology?
  • Eliminate Kinks: By using a rigid elbow for turns, you prevent the "folding" that often happens when trying to bend thick 1" tubing, ensuring consistent water flow.
  • Secure Locking Nuts: The threaded collars lock the tubing firmly in place, preventing blowouts even under pressure surges or thermal expansion.
  • Fully Reusable: Changing your layout? Simply unscrew the nuts and remove the tubing. The fittings are designed to be used season after season.
  • Commercial Grade: Molded from chemical-resistant polypropylene, these fittings withstand UV exposure and fertilizer injection.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Secure your corners in minutes.

Step 1: Cut the Tubing
Make a clean, square cut on your 1" poly tubing where you want the turn to be located.

Step 2: Unlock the Fitting
Rotate the locking nuts on both ends of the elbow backwards towards the center of the fitting to expose the barbs.

Step 3: Insert Tubing
Push the tubing onto the barb until it hits the internal stop. This may require some force or a wiggling motion due to the wall thickness of 1" tubing.

Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the locking nuts forward over the tubing. Hand-tighten firmly to create a permanent seal.
