Description

High-Flow Connections. Zero Leaks.

The 1" Easy Loc Coupler is the heavy-duty solution for connecting or repairing large-diameter mainline tubing. Designed to join two pieces of 1" Poly Tubing, this fitting ensures a secure, leak-proof seal without the need for clamps or glue. Whether you are extending a long run in a commercial field or repairing a cut line in a large residential garden, this coupler makes the job fast and simple.

As one of our most robust irrigation fittings, the Easy Loc (Perma-Loc) design utilizes a locking nut that screws over the tubing, compressing it onto the barb. This "lock-and-seal" mechanism handles the higher flow rates associated with 1" systems while remaining completely reusable if you need to reconfigure your layout. For optimal system protection, ensure your line is installed after a pressure regulator.

Why Choose Easy Loc Technology?
  • Reliable Grip: The collar locks the tubing firmly against the internal barb, preventing blowouts even under pressure surges.
  • Tool-Free Installation: Large, textured nuts allow for easy hand-tightening, even when working with the stiffer 1" tubing.
  • Fully Reusable: Unlike compression or insert fittings that are permanent, Easy Loc fittings can be unlocked and removed, saving you money on future renovations.
  • Commercial Grade: Molded from chemical-resistant polypropylene, these fittings withstand UV exposure and fertilizer injection.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Secure your mainline in seconds.

Step 1: Prep the Tubing
Ensure both ends of your 1" poly tubing are cut squarely. If repairing a break, cut out the damaged section.

Step 2: Loosen the Collars
Twist the locking nuts on the coupler backwards towards the center of the fitting to expose the barbs.

Step 3: Insert Tubing
Push the tubing onto the barb until it hits the internal stop. It may require some force due to the thickness of 1" tubing.

Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the locking nuts forward over the tubing. Hand-tighten firmly to create a permanent seal.
