Install in seconds without tools.
Step 1: Prep the Tubing
Ensure your 1/2" poly tubing is cut squarely and is free of dirt. If reusing tubing, make sure the end is not deformed.
Step 2: Unlock the Fitting
Rotate the Easy Loc locking collars on both ends backwards (towards the green handle) to expose the internal barbs. Do not remove the nuts completely.
Step 3: Insert Tubing
Push the tubing onto the barbs until it hits the internal stops. You may need to wiggle it slightly to get it over the barb.
Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the locking collars forward (over the tubing) to clamp the connection. Hand-tighten firmly. Test the valve handle to ensure clearance.
