Description

Bridge the Gap. Connect Poly to PVC.

The 3/4" Easy Loc x 3/4" PVC Adapter is the professional's choice for transitioning from a rigid PVC system to flexible polyethylene tubing. This fitting features a 3/4" Slip connection on one side that glues directly onto standard PVC pipe, and a 3/4" Easy Loc connection on the other to secure your drip mainline.

Ideal for converting hard-piped sprinkler systems to drip irrigation or extending water lines from a PVC manifold, this adapter ensures a permanent, high-pressure seal. Unlike threaded adapters that can leak or cross-thread, these glue-in irrigation fittings provide a seamless, robust flow of water to your garden.

Why Choose Easy Loc Technology?
  • Seamless Transition: Creates a permanent bond with PVC systems using standard solvent cement (glue), ensuring a leak-proof start to your drip zone.
  • Secure Locking Technology: The locking nut screws over the poly tubing, compressing it against the internal barb. This holds tight even under pressure fluctuations.
  • Fully Reusable (Poly Side): While the PVC side is permanent, the Easy Loc side can be unlocked and removed. If you need to replace the tubing, simply unscrew the collar and pull the tubing off.
  • Tool-Free Installation: The Easy Loc nut is designed for hand-tightening, making it easy to secure the tubing without clamps or tools.
  • UV & Chemical Resistant: Molded from high-grade polypropylene with UV stabilizers, ensuring durability in harsh outdoor environments.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to permanently connect your drip system to PVC pipe.

Step 1: Glue the PVC
Clean and prime your 3/4" PVC pipe end. Apply PVC solvent cement (glue) to both the pipe and the inside of the adapter's Slip socket. Push the adapter onto the pipe firmly and hold for 30 seconds to bond.

Step 2: Unlock the Fitting
Rotate the Easy Loc locking collar backwards (towards the PVC side) to expose the internal barb. Do not remove the nut completely.

Step 3: Connect Tubing
Push your 3/4" poly tubing firmly over the barb until it hits the stop. You may need to use a wiggling motion to get the tubing over the barb lip.

Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the locking collar forward (over the tubing) to clamp the connection in place. Hand-tighten firmly.

✔ Compatibility Check

Check your pipe and tubing sizes:

  • PVC Side: Glues onto standard 3/4" Schedule 40 or 80 PVC Pipe.
  • Poly Side: Fits standard 3/4" Poly Tubing (.940" OD).
  • It will NOT fit 1/2" Pipe or Tubing.
  • It will NOT screw onto hose threads (requires glue).

Complete Your System

Ensure your system runs smoothly by pairing this adapter with the right components:

  • PVC Glue: Required for creating a permanent, leak-proof bond on the PVC slip connection.
  • 3/4" Poly Tubing: The heavy-duty mainline that connects to the Easy Loc side.
  • Hold Downs: Secure your poly tubing in place after transitioning from the rigid PVC.
  • 3/4" Easy Loc End Cap: Flush and cap the end of your poly line.
