Description

Seamless Transitions. High-Flow Connectivity.

The 3/4" Easy Loc x 3/4" Female Pipe Thread Adapter is the professional's choice for transitioning from threaded PVC components to large-diameter poly tubing. Designed to screw directly onto any 3/4" Male Pipe Thread (MPT) riser, nipple, or manifold, this adapter creates a secure start for your drip system. We recommend installing this fitting downstream from a pressure regulator to ensure your downstream components are protected from high water pressure.

As one of our most robust irrigation fittings, the Easy Loc series features a locking collar that tightens over the tubing, compressing it against the internal barb. This ensures a leak-proof seal that can withstand the higher flow rates associated with 3/4" systems. Whether you are adapting a rigid PVC line to a flexible drip zone or connecting to a threaded valve, this fitting offers a reliable, tool-free connection.

Why Choose Easy Loc Technology?
  • Secure Locking Mechanism: The threaded collar spins forward over the tubing, locking it firmly against the barb. This prevents "blow-outs" caused by pressure surges or temperature fluctuations.
  • High-Flow Design: Sized specifically for 3/4" mainline tubing (.940" OD), this fitting allows for maximum water volume, making it ideal for large gardens or long orchard runs.
  • Tool-Free Installation: No clamps, glues, or heat guns are required. The ergonomic, textured nut is designed for easy hand-tightening.
  • Fully Reusable: Need to change your layout? Simply unscrew the locking collar to release the tubing. The fitting can be removed and reused season after season.
  • Professional Grade: Molded from UV-stabilized ABS and polypropylene, these fittings are resistant to agricultural chemicals and harsh sunlight.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to ensure a leak-proof connection.

Step 1: Tape the Threads
If connecting to a PVC or metal male fitting, apply thread seal tape to the male threads (3-4 wraps clockwise). This is essential for a watertight seal on pipe threads.

Step 2: Install the Adapter
Screw the Easy Loc adapter onto the 3/4" Male Pipe Thread (MPT) component. Hand-tighten firmly. Note: Install the threaded end first before attaching tubing.

Step 3: Prep Tubing
Cut your 3/4" poly tubing squarely. Rotate the Easy Loc locking collar backwards (towards the threaded side) to expose the internal barb.

Step 4: Lock it Down
Push the tubing firmly over the barb until it hits the stop. Twist the locking collar forward (over the tubing) to clamp the connection.

✔ Compatibility Check

Check your connection types:

  • Threaded Side: Fits 3/4" Male Pipe Thread (MPT).
  • It is NOT compatible with Garden Hose Threads (GHT) or Hose Bibs.
  • Tubing Side: Fits standard 3/4" Poly Tubing (.940" OD).
  • It will NOT fit 1/2" Tubing (.700" OD) or Drip Tape.
