Description

Bridge the Gap. Poly to PVC Made Simple.

The 3/4" Easy Loc Tee x 3/4" PVC Slip is a specialized hybrid fitting designed to integrate flexible poly tubing into a rigid PVC system. It features two 3/4" Easy Loc connections on the run and a 3/4" PVC Slip (Socket) on the center branch. This unique configuration allows you to install a water timer or PVC manifold and transition directly to your drip mainline without needing multiple threaded adapters.

By combining the security of Perma-Loc technology with the permanence of a solvent-welded joint, this tee is one of the most reliable irrigation fittings for professional growers. It is commonly used to create a solid PVC riser structure that feeds into flexible 3/4" poly tubing zones.

Why Choose This Hybrid Tee?
  • Direct PVC Integration: The center port is a true PVC socket that glues directly over standard 3/4" PVC pipe, creating a permanent, leak-free bond.
  • Secure Locking Technology: The Easy Loc ends feature locking nuts that screw over the tubing, compressing it against the barb for a connection that withstands pressure spikes.
  • Reusable Ends: While the center PVC connection is permanent, the Easy Loc ends can be unscrewed and reused, allowing you to change your poly tubing layout as needed.
  • High-Flow Design: Designed for 3/4" systems, this fitting maintains high water volume for long rows and larger agricultural zones.
  • UV & Chemical Resistant: Constructed from UV-stabilized ABS and PVC materials to resist environmental stress and fertilizers.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Requires both PVC Gluing and Easy Loc connection.

Step 1: Glue the Center Port
Use PVC Primer and PVC Glue to weld the center slip connection to your 3/4" PVC pipe riser. Allow it to cure fully before pressurizing.

Step 2: Prep the Tubing
Cut your 3/4" poly tubing cleanly. Ensure the ends are free of dirt and debris.

Step 3: Insert Tubing
Rotate the Easy Loc locking collars backwards to expose the barbs. Push the poly tubing over the barbs until it hits the stop.

Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the locking collars forward over the tubing. Hand-tighten firmly. Do NOT use tools on the Easy Loc nuts.

✔ Compatibility Check

This fitting connects two different materials:

  • Side Ports: Fit 3/4" Poly Mainline Tubing (.940" OD). They do NOT fit 1/2" tubing.
  • Center Port: Fits standard 3/4" Schedule 40 or 80 PVC Pipe. It must be GLUED.
  • Note: The center port is NOT threaded. Do not try to screw it onto a pipe.

Complete Your System

Get the right tools and parts for a secure installation:

  • PVC Glue: Required to bond the center slip connection.
  • Purple Primer: Essential for preparing the PVC surface for a strong weld.
  • 3/4" Poly Tubing: The correct size tubing for the Easy Loc ends.
  • Hold Downs: Keep your tubing and riser assembly stable in the soil.
