Create a secure branch from your main supply line.
Step 1: Punch the Supply Line
Use a .400 Barb Punch to create a clean hole in your larger supply header (such as 3/4" or larger poly tubing, or Layflat).
Step 2: Insert the Barb
Push the barbed end of the adapter firmly into the punched hole. Ensure the barb shoulder sits flush against the supply tubing wall. (Tip: Insert while the tubing is warm).
Step 3: Connect 1/2" Tubing
Rotate the Easy Loc locking collar backwards to expose the barb. Push your 1/2" poly tubing onto the fitting. Twist the collar forward to lock it down.
