Ensure a watertight connection with these steps.
Step 1: Tape the Threads
Apply thread seal tape to the 3/4" male threads. Wrap clockwise 3-4 times. This is essential for MPT fittings.
Step 2: Install Threaded End
Screw the adapter into your 3/4" Female Pipe Thread (FPT) component (such as a PVC tee or valve). Hand-tighten securely.
Step 3: Prep Tubing
Cut your 1/2" poly tubing squarely. Rotate the Easy Loc locking collar backwards to expose the barb.
Step 4: Lock it Down
Push the tubing firmly over the barb until it hits the stop. Twist the locking collar forward over the tubing to clamp the connection.
