10 New Year’s Resolutions for Gardeners to Grow a More Productive Garden
Jan 6th 2026
The 1/2" Easy Loc Tee is the professional's choice for splitting a single drip irrigation line into two separate directions. Whether you are creating a grid layout for a vegetable garden or branching off to reach a new flower bed, this tee allows you to connect three pieces of 1/2" poly tubing instantly. As one of our most reliable irrigation fittings, it utilizes a locking nut mechanism to ensure a leak-proof connection without the need for hose clamps or glue.
Designed for durability and ease of use, this fitting is fully reusable. If your garden layout changes next season, simply unscrew the locking collars, remove the tubing, and reinstall the tee wherever it is needed.

Follow these steps for a leak-proof connection.
Step 1: Prepare Tubing
Cut your 1/2" poly tubing squarely at the point where you want to create a branch. Ensure the cut is clean and free of burrs.
Step 2: Unlock the Fittings
Rotate the locking collars on all three ends of the tee backwards (towards the center of the fitting) to expose the internal barbs. Do not remove the nuts completely.
Step 3: Connect Tubing
Push your 1/2" poly tubing firmly over the barbs until it hits the stops. You may need to use a wiggling motion to get the tubing over the barb lips.
Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the locking collars forward (over the tubing) to clamp the connection in place. Hand-tighten firmly.
Ensure this tee fits your tubing size:
