Description

Repair Your Raindrip System. The Right Fit.

These Raindrip Compatible Compression Fittings are specifically engineered to fit 1/2" .620" OD Poly Tubing, which is commonly found in big-box store kits (Raindrip brand). Unlike standard professional tubing which measures .700" OD, Raindrip tubing is slightly smaller. Using standard fittings on this smaller tubing will result in leaks and blow-outs.

Available in various configurations including Couplers, Elbows, Tees, Adapters, and End Caps, these irrigation fittings allow you to repair or extend an existing Raindrip system without having to replace all your lines. They feature a specific internal compression ring designed to grip the .620" outer diameter securely.

⚠ CRITICAL WARNING: These fittings fit .620" OD tubing ONLY. They are NOT compatible with DripWorks .700" OD Mainline Tubing. Please check your tubing size before ordering.
Why Choose .620" Fittings?
  • Specific Sizing: Designed exclusively for the .620" OD standard used by Raindrip, ensuring a leak-proof fit that standard .700" fittings cannot provide.
  • Easy Repairs: Perfect for fixing breaks or adding new lines to an older consumer-grade drip system.
  • Compression Technology: Uses the same reliable internal ring design as professional fittings to grip the tubing without glue or clamps.
  • Color Identification: These fittings often feature green compression inserts to distinguish them from standard black-insert (.700") fittings.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Installation is simple and tool-free.

Step 1: Identify Your Tubing
Confirm you have .620" OD tubing. If your tubing is marked "0.700" or "0.710", do not use these fittings.

Step 2: Prep the Ends
Cut your Raindrip tubing squarely with a tubing cutter.
Pro Tip: Allow the tubing to warm in the sun or dip it in warm water to soften the plastic before installing.

Step 3: Connect
Push the tubing into the compression end of the fitting. Rock it back and forth while applying force until it passes the internal resistance ring (approx. 1/2" deep).
