What pipe sizes can I connect to this drainage basin?
The two included DBAA34 adapters each accept either 3" or 4" corrugated pipe, 3" or 4" triple-wall pipe, and 3" or 4" sewer & drain pipe (ASTM D2729). If your system uses 6" pipe, you'll need to add a DBAA6 adapter (sold separately) to connect to 6" PVC pipe (ASTM D2729 and ASTM D3034, SDR 35) or 6" corrugated pipe.
What if I only need one outlet — can I cap the second one?
Yes. The kit includes one basin plug (DBAAP) specifically for this purpose. Simply press it into the unused side outlet to seal it off. This is useful when connecting to a single drain pipe run, such as a straight French drain or a single corrugated pipe leading to a daylight outlet.
Is the basin deep enough for my installation? What if I need more height?
