The Lead Free Brass Ball Valve is the professional standard for reliable water shut-off in residential and commercial plumbing systems. Featuring a full-port design, this valve ensures unrestricted water flow, minimizing pressure loss to downstream components like filters or pressure regulators. Its durable brass construction is certified lead-free, making it safe for use with potable water lines as well as general irrigation.
Equipped with a quarter-turn lever handle, this valve offers instant on/off control, allowing you to quickly isolate zones or shut down the main water supply for maintenance. As one of our most robust irrigation fittings, it is built to withstand high pressure, temperature fluctuations, and corrosion better than standard PVC valves.

Install securely using threaded connections.
Step 1: Clean Threads
Ensure the male threads of the pipe or nipple you are connecting are clean and free of debris.
Step 2: Apply Tape
Wrap Thread Seal Tape (Teflon tape) 3-4 times clockwise around the male threads of your pipe or fitting.
Step 3: Tighten
Screw the pipe into the valve's FPT threads by hand until snug. Use a wrench to tighten it further, ensuring the handle is positioned correctly for easy operation. Do not overtighten.
Step 4: Check Flow
Note the handle position: When the handle is parallel to the pipe, the valve is OPEN. When perpendicular, it is CLOSED.
