Description

HYDRO-CLEANSE is EZ- FLO’s proprietary blend of organic carboxylic acids used to chelate various nutrients in the water and soil while lowering pH. HYDRO-CLEANSE is a safe way to gently release bicarbonate build up in the irrigation system and soil, particularly sodium and calcium ions. This mild approach reduces the potential of excessive chelation which can release detrimental elements and minerals while adding a beneficial carbon source to the profile.

Directions For Use

Apply HYDRO-CLEANSE when water treatment and buffering are needed or as a cleaning agent for bicarbonate accumulation in drip irrigation systems. Ideal for treating high bicarbonate water without the addition of excessive antagonistic sulfate ions. Provides a variety of carboxylic acids that help to unlock and chelate soil nutrients. HYDRO-CLEANSE may not be mixed with FERTI-MAXX fertility products and should be applied alone. When applying for drip emitter cleaning, do not let emitter pH fall below 6.0 to prevent plant toxicity.

Application Rates / Intervals

Backpack and Tank Sprayers: First, test the pH of the spray tank solution. If current pH is too high, add 1 ounce of HYDRO-CLEANSE per 100 gallons of water. Retest the tank spray solution for your desired pH level. If the new pH is still too high, add another ounce of HYDRO-CLEANSE to the spray solution. Repeat until desired results are achieved. Do not exceed the 6 ounce per 100 gallon maximum rate.
