The 3/4" Compression x 3/4" MPT Adapter is the essential link for integrating high-capacity drip lines with rigid pipe components. Featuring a 3/4" Male Pipe Thread (MPT) on one side and a heavy-duty compression connection on the other, this fitting allows you to connect 3/4" poly tubing directly to any 3/4" Female Pipe Thread (FPT) outlet, such as a PVC tee, ball valve, or pressure regulator.
Designed for larger residential and commercial systems, this adapter utilizes internal compression rings to grip the .940" OD tubing securely. It is one of our most robust irrigation fittings for transitioning from a hard-piped water source to a flexible drip zone without restricting flow.

Install correctly to avoid leaks.
Step 1: Tape the Threads
Apply 3-4 wraps of Thread Sealant Tape (Teflon) to the 3/4" male threads. This is mandatory for a watertight seal on MPT fittings.
Step 2: Screw In
Thread the adapter into your 3/4" Female Pipe Thread (FPT) fitting. Hand-tighten firmly. Use a wrench only for a final 1/4 turn if necessary—do not over-tighten.
Step 3: Connect Tubing
Cut your 3/4" poly tubing squarely.
Pro Tip: 3/4" tubing is stiff. Warm the end in the sun or hot water to soften it before installation. Push the tubing into the compression end until it passes the internal resistance ring.
