Description

Glue-Free Installation. Instant Connection.

The PVC-Lock Tee revolutionizes the way you install sprinkler systems by eliminating the need for toxic primers and messy glues. This "push-to-connect" fitting allows you to branch off your main PVC line instantly—even in wet conditions. It is one of the most innovative irrigation fittings available, designed to save you time and protect your health by removing volatile chemicals from the installation process.

Ideal for repair jobs or new installations, PVC-Lock fittings feature a stainless steel retainer ring that grips the pipe securely and an O-ring that creates a watertight seal. If you make a mistake or need to adjust the layout, simply use the PVC-Lock Release Tool to disconnect the fitting and reuse it.

Why Choose PVC-Lock Technology?
  • No Glue, No Primer: Install in the rain, underwater, or in freezing temperatures without waiting for solvents to cure. Pressurize immediately.
  • Rotatable After Install: Unlike glued fittings which are frozen in place, PVC-Lock fittings can swivel 360° around the pipe, making it easy to align sprinkler heads perfectly.
  • Chemical Free: Protects the environment and your hands from harmful VOCs found in traditional PVC cement.
  • Superior Grip: The internal stainless steel teeth bite into the pipe to prevent pull-out, while the EPDM O-ring ensures a leak-free seal up to 150 PSI.
  • Reusable: With the proper removal tool, fittings can be removed and re-installed, reducing waste during system modifications.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Connect pipe in seconds with the "Cut, Chamfer, Push" method.

Step 1: Cut the Pipe
Cut your PVC pipe square and clean using a PVC Pipe Cutter. Ragged or angled cuts can damage the O-ring.

Step 2: Chamfer (Optional but Recommended)
Use the PVC-Lock Bevel Tool to create a smooth edge on the outside of the pipe. This helps the pipe slide past the internal O-ring without tearing it.

Step 3: Push to Connect
Mark the insertion depth on the pipe (approx. 1 inch). Push the pipe firmly into the fitting until it hits the internal stop. You will feel it "lock" past the retainer ring.

Step 4: Rotate and Align
Once connected, you can rotate the fitting on the pipe to align your branch line or sprinkler riser exactly where you need it.

✔ Compatibility Check

Works with standard rigid pipe:

  • Compatible Pipe: Schedule 40 PVC, Schedule 80 PVC, and Class 200 PVC.
  • Not Compatible: Do NOT use with CPVC (yellowish pipe), Copper, or PEX.
  • Reuse: Fittings can be removed and reused only with the specific Removal Tool.
