Composter rusted 2 years after using

Composter rusted from inside out with normal use. Inside foam fell apart also. Contacted the district rep for the composter and he told me that new styrofoam would be $200 and told me to just buy a new one if it fell apart from rust. Why would I do that? I’m not going to spend another $400 on a faulty product. Company doesn’t stand behind its own product. It’s a shame because I loved the first year of the composter, it worked amazingly well.

    Jora 33 gal Compost Tumbler

Received and put together late December in Pacific Northwest. Added saved maple leaves, one cup horse manure with some rabbit manure and have added kitchen waste. It is making steam and doing its job! My husband put it together. I helped by putting my weight on it to squish the foam a bit so we could get the screws in. Happy with it. I have had it a couple weeks.
