Description

Mainline to Hose Transition. Secure, Tool-Free Performance.

The 3/4" Easy Loc x Male Hose End is the professional solution for adding a garden hose outlet to your 3/4" polyethylene mainline. This fitting features 3/4" Male Hose Threads (MHT), allowing you to create a secondary takeoff point for garden hoses, hose-end timers, or cleaning stations directly from your distribution tubing.

Designed for reliability in the field, this adapter utilizes Easy Loc technology to provide a permanent, leak-proof connection without the need for clamps, glue, or specialized tools. It is a critical component among professional irrigation fittings for larger garden layouts, vineyards, and commercial landscapes where transitioning from poly mainline to standard garden hose threads is required.

Why Choose Easy Loc Technology?
  • "Lock-and-Go" Ease: The black locking collar twists back to expose the barb and twists forward to mechanically clamp the tubing in place. This ensures a seal that won't blow out under pressure.
  • Hose Thread Versatility: The 3/4" MHT end is compatible with any standard garden hose thread (GHT) accessory, including hose bib valves, spray nozzles, and manifold splitters.
  • Reusable & Adjustable: Unlike traditional barb-and-clamp fittings, Easy Loc adapters can be unscrewed and reused, making system expansions or seasonal removals effortless.
  • UV-Stabilized Durability: High-quality polypropylene construction engineered to withstand direct sunlight, fertilizers, and extreme temperature fluctuations without cracking or leaking.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Install your hose outlet in seconds.

Step 1: Prepare the Tubing
Cut your 3/4" polyethylene tubing squarely with scissors or tubing cutters. Ensure the cut is clean and free of burrs.

Step 2: Prep the Fitting
Rotate the black locking nut backwards (towards the threaded end) to expose the sharp internal barb. Do not remove the nut completely.

Step 3: Insert and Lock
Push your 3/4" (.820 ID) poly tubing over the barb until it is seated firmly against the plastic shoulder. Twist the black locking nut forward over the tubing and hand-tighten.

Step 4: Connect Hose Accessory
Thread your garden hose, timer, or hose cap onto the 3/4" MHT end. Hand-tighten until the rubber washer of the female fitting creates a watertight seal.
