Description

Split Your Flow. Connect Poly to PVC Stubs.

The 1/2" Easy Loc Tee x 3/4" PVC Slip is a specialized transition fitting designed to feed two directions of 1/2" Poly Tubing from a single 3/4" PVC pipe. It is commonly used in permanent landscape installations where rigid PVC is plumbed to the garden bed, providing a sturdy, permanent anchor point for the drip system.

The center outlet features a 3/4" Slip Socket that glues directly onto standard PVC pipe, while the two side arms feature Easy Loc collars to secure your drip lines. This setup creates a reliable "T" configuration, perfect for splitting a zone in half or running tubing along the perimeter of raised beds.

Why Choose Easy Loc Technology?
  • Permanent Anchor: By gluing onto a rigid PVC stake or stub, this fitting keeps your drip line manifold secure and off the ground.
  • Secure Locking Technology: The locking nuts screw over the poly tubing, compressing it against the internal barbs for a high-pressure, leak-proof hold.
  • Fully Reusable (Poly Sides): While the PVC connection is permanent, the Easy Loc sides can be unlocked to replace or move the tubing as needed.
  • Tool-Free Installation: The Easy Loc nuts are designed for hand-tightening, making it easy to connect the tubing without clamps.
  • UV & Chemical Resistant: Molded from high-grade polypropylene to withstand harsh sunlight and fertilizers.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to connect your PVC supply to your drip lines.

Step 1: Glue the PVC
Clean and prime your 3/4" PVC pipe stub. Apply PVC solvent cement (glue) to the pipe and the inside of the adapter's Slip socket. Push the fitting firmly onto the pipe and hold for 30 seconds to bond.

Step 2: Unlock the Sides
Rotate the two Easy Loc locking collars backwards (towards the center) to expose the barbs. Do not remove the nuts completely.

Step 3: Connect Tubing
Push your 1/2" poly tubing onto the barbs on both sides until they hit the stops.

Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the locking collars forward (over the tubing) to clamp the connections. Hand-tighten firmly.

✔ Compatibility Check

Check your pipe and tubing sizes:

  • Center Connection: Glues onto standard 3/4" PVC Pipe (Sch 40 or 80).
  • It does NOT fit 1/2" PVC pipe.
  • It is NOT threaded (requires glue).
  • Side Connections: Fit standard 1/2" Poly Tubing (.690" to .710" OD).

Complete Your System

Ensure your installation is permanent and secure:

  • PVC Glue: Required for creating a watertight bond on the slip connection.
  • 1/2" Poly Tubing: The mainline tubing compatible with this tee.
  • Hold Downs: Keep your tubing lines neat and secure along the ground.
  • Tubing Cutter: Essential for clean cuts on your poly tubing.
