Description

Navigate Corners in 3D. Build Custom Frames.

The 1/2" Easy Loc Side Out Elbow (often called a 3-Way Corner Elbow) is a unique, problem-solving connector for complex drip systems. Unlike a standard flat elbow, this fitting features three outlets positioned at 90-degree angles to one another, allowing you to join three pieces of tubing to create a corner joint. It is widely used for building PVC-style frames out of poly tubing, routing water up and over the corners of raised beds, or navigating around fence posts. Pair it with a reliable water timer to automate your newly configured zones.

As one of our most versatile irrigation fittings, the Side Out Elbow utilizes the trusted Easy Loc locking mechanism on all three ports. This ensures that every connection point—whether vertical or horizontal—is secure, leak-proof, and capable of handling pressure surges. By using this fitting, you can eliminate the need for multiple standard elbows and tees, creating a cleaner, more professional installation.

Why Choose Easy Loc Technology?
  • 3-Way Connectivity: Connects three lines at a single point (Left, Right, and Down/Up), making it perfect for 3D structures and corners.
  • Secure Locking Mechanism: The threaded collars spin forward over the tubing, locking it firmly against the internal barbs to prevent pull-outs.
  • Tool-Free Installation: No clamps, glues, or heat guns are required. The ergonomic, textured nuts are designed for easy hand-tightening.
  • Fully Reusable: Need to reconfigure your raised bed layout? Simply unscrew the locking collars to release the tubing. The fitting can be reused season after season.
  • Professional Grade: Molded from UV-stabilized ABS and polypropylene, these fittings are resistant to agricultural chemicals and harsh sunlight.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to create a secure 3-way connection.

Step 1: Prep Tubing
Cut your three pieces of 1/2" poly tubing squarely. Ensure the cuts are clean and free of burrs.

Step 2: Unlock the Fitting
Rotate all three Easy Loc locking collars backwards (towards the center hub) to expose the internal barbs. Do not remove the nuts completely.

Step 3: Insert Tubing
Push the tubing ends onto the barbs until they hit the internal stops. You may need to wiggle the tubing to get it fully seated over the barb lips.

Step 4: Lock it Down
Twist the locking collars forward (over the tubing) to clamp each connection. Hand-tighten firmly.

✔ Compatibility Check

  • It will NOT fit 3/4" Tubing (.940" OD) or Drip Tape.
  • Configuration: This is a 3-way "Corner" fitting (Side Outlet Elbow), not a standard flat Tee.
