How to Install: Push-to-Connect Guide

Installation is tool-free (except for cutting the pipe).

Step 1: Cut the Pipe
Ensure a clean, square cut on your 3/4" Blu-Lock tubing. Avoid using hacksaws that leave burrs; a sharp pipe cutter is recommended.

Step 2: Mark Insertion Depth (Optional)
For precision, mark the pipe approximately 1 inch from the end to ensure you push it in far enough.

Step 3: Push to Connect
Insert the pipe firmly into the elbow until it hits the internal stop. The steel teeth will grab the pipe instantly.

Step 4: Check the Seal
Give a gentle tug to ensure the teeth have engaged. The connection is now ready for water pressure immediately.
