Description

Relieve Strain. Prevent Kinks. Extend Hose Life.

The Faucet Angle Adapter is an essential "hose saver" for any outdoor faucet. Available in 45° or 90° angles, this simple fitting attaches to your spigot and directs the water outlet downward or outward, preventing the sharp "kink" that often damages garden hoses at the connection point. It features a swiveling 3/4" Female Hose Thread (FHT) inlet for easy attachment and a 3/4" Male Hose Thread (MHT) outlet for connecting your garden hose or timer.

These adapters are especially useful for faucets that are low to the ground or recessed in a wall box, giving you the clearance needed to attach irrigation timers, filters, and Y-valves without scraping your knuckles. Choose from durable white PVC or heavy-duty Brass options.

Why Install an Angle Adapter?
  • Hose Protection: By eliminating the sharp bend at the faucet, you prevent the hose from kinking or cracking, significantly extending its lifespan.
  • Easy Access: Moves the connection point away from the wall or ground, making it easier to screw on timers, filters, and other accessories.
  • Stress Relief: Takes the mechanical strain off your faucet's stem and mounting screws, preventing costly plumbing repairs.
  • Swivel Action: The female end swivels independently, allowing you to position the angle exactly where you need it before tightening.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

No tools needed for a leak-free fit.

Step 1: Check the Washer
Verify that a rubber hose washer is seated inside the swivel female end of the adapter.

Step 2: Attach to Faucet
Screw the swivel nut onto your outdoor spigot. Tighten by hand until snug. Orient the outlet in your desired direction (down or sideways).

Step 3: Attach Hose
Connect your garden hose, timer, or filter to the male threaded outlet of the adapter. Hand tighten.

Step 4: Pressurize
Turn on the water and check for leaks. If it drips, tighten the swivel nut slightly more by hand.
