Build your cooling loop with precision.
Step 1: Cut Pipe Sections
Determine the distance you want between misters (typically 2-4 feet). Cut sections of 1/2" PVC pipe to this length.
Step 2: Solvent Weld
Using PVC Primer and PVC Glue, attach the pipe sections into the slip ends of the adapter tees. Ensure all center ports are facing the same direction before the glue sets.
Step 3: Install Nozzles
Once the PVC structure is dry and mounted, screw your 1/8" MPT misting nozzles into the center ports. Hand tighten only; do not over-torque. *Note: Use thread tape sparingly on these small threads if needed.*
