The 1/2" Compression Male Hose Tee is a specialized fitting designed to add a threaded access point directly into your drip irrigation line. With 1/2" compression connections on the two run ports and a 3/4" Male Hose Thread (MHT) on the center branch, this tee allows you to install a hose cap for easy flushing or attach a garden hose directly to the middle of a zone.
This fitting serves as a reliable junction in your system, utilizing secure compression rings to grip standard 1/2" poly tubing without the need for glues or clamps. As one of our most practical irrigation fittings, it provides a leak-proof way to integrate threaded components like automatic flush valves or vacuum breakers into a flexible tubing layout.
Verify tubing and thread sizes.

Install in minutes without special tools.
Step 1: Prep the Tubing
Cut your 1/2" poly tubing cleanly and squarely at the point where you want the tee.
Pro Tip: Allow the tubing to warm in the sun or dip the ends in hot water to soften them, making insertion significantly easier.
Step 2: Connect the Run
Insert the cut ends of the tubing into the compression ports of the tee. Rock the tubing back and forth while pushing firmly until it passes the internal resistance ring (approx. 1/2" to 3/4" deep).
Step 3: Attach Accessory
Screw your hose cap, flush valve, or garden hose onto the center 3/4" MHT threads. Hand-tighten only; do not use a wrench on plastic threads.
