Drip Irrigation Tubing
Tubes and drip lines are the arteries of an irrigation system, carrying life-giving fluids to the plants that depend on them. At DripWorks, we carry a big selection of irrigation tubing, hoses and drip lines. You can find drip irrigation hose and tubing here suitable for everything from the home garden to commercial farms and vineyards.
Tubing: Polyethylene tubing is the backbone of any drip irrigation system. Poly tubing transports the water from your source to your plants. The water is then released by emitters, drip lines, sprayers or sprinklers. Emitters can be manually inserted directly into poly mainline tubing with the help of a punch.
1/4" Soaker Dripline: 1/4" poly tubing with emitters pre-installed every 6, 9 or 12 inches. It is flexible and can be used in garden beds, large containers and planter boxes, circled around trees and shrubs, and run down rows.
1/2" Emitter Tubing: 1/2" poly tubing with pressure-compensating emitters pre-installed every 9, 12, 18, 24 or 36 inches. It is great for long rows on hilly or flat terrain and is commonly used in orchards, vineyards, hedgerows and landscapes.
Oval Hose: Larger diameter poly tubing extruded into an oval shape so it can be coiled and shipped. Oval Hose is commonly used as a low-pressure supply line or a header line for rows of drip tape.
IPS Tubing: Extremely strong and flexible hose that may be glued into standard PVC fittings. Popular at vineyards for connecting underground water mains to rows of grapes and for connecting automated valves to tubing or PVC, this tubing is not suitable for use at constant pressure.
