Description

Mainline Repair. Instant Joins. Professional 3/4" Connections.

The 3/4" Easy Loc Coupler is the industry-standard fitting for joining two lengths of 3/4" polyethylene mainline tubing or repairing a damaged section of pipe. Whether you are extending your irrigation footprint or fixing a shovel-cut line, this coupler provides a permanent, watertight seal that eliminates the need for messy glues or bulky hose clamps.

Designed for maximum flow and reliability, this fitting utilizes a specialized mechanical locking mechanism that grips the tubing from the outside while supporting it from the inside. It is an essential component among professional irrigation fittings for vineyards, large residential landscapes, and commercial vegetable rows where 3/4" poly tubing is the primary distribution source.

Why Choose Easy Loc Technology?
  • Tool-Free Repair: The Easy Loc system allows for field repairs in seconds. Simply cut the damaged section and slide the tubing over the internal barbs.
  • High-Pressure Seal: The black locking collars twist forward to compress the tubing against the barb, creating a connection rated for up to 60 PSI—far exceeding standard friction-fit barbs.
  • Reusable & Adjustable: If you need to reconfigure your system, the coupler can be unscrewed and reused, making it a cost-effective choice for evolving garden layouts.
  • Maximum Flow: The internal diameter is optimized to minimize friction loss, ensuring your downstream emitters receive consistent pressure.
  • UV-Stabilized Durability: Molded from heavy-duty polypropylene, this coupler resists UV degradation and chemical fertilizers for long-term outdoor performance.

How to Install: A Step-by-Step Guide

Join or repair your 3/4" mainline in minutes.

Step 1: Clean Cut
Cut your 3/4" polyethylene tubing squarely with scissors or tubing cutters. Ensure the cut is clean and free of burrs for the best possible seal.

Step 2: Prep the Fitting
Rotate the black locking nuts backwards (towards the center of the fitting) to expose the internal barbs. Do not remove the nuts completely.

Step 3: Insert and Lock
Push the first section of 3/4" poly tubing over the barb until it hits the plastic shoulder. Twist the black locking nut forward (away from the center) over the tubing. Hand-tighten firmly.

Step 4: Complete the Join
Repeat the process for the second piece of tubing on the opposite side of the coupler. Tug on both ends to verify the connection is locked.

✔ Sizing Compatibility

Verify your tubing dimensions before installation:

  • Tubing Size: Designed specifically for 3/4" Poly Mainline with approximately .820" ID.
  • Wall Thickness: Compatible with various wall thicknesses, provided the ID is .820".
  • NOT Compatible with: 1/2" Tubing (.600 ID) or 1" Tubing.
  • Application: Use only with Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) tubing. Not for use with PVC or high-pressure copper lines.

Complete Your System

Everything you need for a professional distribution mainline:

  • 3/4" Poly Mainline: High-durability distribution tubing for larger irrigation zones.
  • Poly Tubing Cutter: The easiest way to get the clean, square cuts required for Easy Loc fittings.
  • 3/4" Easy Loc Elbow: Navigate 90-degree corners in your mainline without kinking the pipe.
  • 3/4" Easy Loc Tee: Branch off your mainline to create new sub-zones or header manifolds.
  • Goof Plugs: Essential for plugging unwanted holes in your poly mainline if emitters are moved.
