When a tubing punch doesn't punch...

Yeah, OK, I shouldn't have tried to punch the tubing for a Woodpecker when... it's warm out already... there's no water flowing through the tubing... whatever... A punch like this is ESSENTIAL for half-punched punches. Trying to get the Miracle Punch punch right on top of the farkled punch is impossible. This one's very useful for a halfway punched punch fixer and has been incredibly durable but be prepared to use some muscle to get it through the tubing. (You might consider painting the handle pink before you use it, for easy finding when you drop it.)

    Works for all sizes

I appreciate the wood handle, I wish more manufacturers would move away from cheap plastic products. I just used it to install driptape which connects with a larger hole than this punch is sold for. I don't see the need for multiple sized punches, unless maybe you are installing in near freezing weather.

    Invest in a better punch

The punch holes are a bit small to easily insert barb fittings. I have since switched to a Phillips screw driver with better results.

Description

Made for 1/8" fittings and has a long lasting metal tip.
