The Chapin HydroFeed Fertilizer Injector connects inline between your outdoor faucet and your garden hose so fertilizing happens automatically while you water — no extra steps. Can I use this with my drip irrigation system?
No. The HydroFeed is not compatible with drip irrigation systems — it is designed for garden hoses and sprinklers only.

What pressure does it require?
Works best at 40 PSI with a maximum incoming pressure of 60 PSI.
If your home water pressure exceeds 60 PSI, install a pressure regulator upstream to protect the unit.

Yes — a backflow prevention device is strongly recommended whenever fertilizers are injected into a residential water supply.
