We charge the actual shipping cost on commercial orders. If you request expedited shipping we encourage you to request a freight quote since these charges can be quite high, especially if there is tubing in the order.Standard Retail Shipping Rates
Please note that DripWorks only ships to the USA, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada.Canadian orders always ship International Priority Mail. On these orders we charge actual shipping plus a $10 international fee.
Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground Service for packages over 2 pounds. Smaller orders are shipped by Priority Mail to your Bill-To address. We also offer UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Service.
We try to ship the same day that an order is received and the normal UPS transit time is from 1 to 7 business days, depending on delivery location.
UPS shipping time is for business days only, excluding holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not counted in the estimation of UPS delivery time via standard or expedited shipping. Priority Mail
Our standard shipping method for small shipments that weigh under 2 pounds is Priority Mail. Retail orders are charged a $9.00 flat rate and wholesale orders are charged actual freight. Delivery time is 3 days or less. Very small orders of 0.4 lbs or less are sent via First Class.We ship Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Priority Mail orders that weigh above 2 pounds will be charged the actual postal charges. Please call for rates.
For orders going to Canada we charge actual freight plus a $10 international handling charge. Please call for a freight quote.
Special Handling
For large rolls of Mainline Tubing (12500, 121000, 34250, 34500) and Drip Emitter Tubing (DET91-500, DET95-500, DET121-500, DET125-500, DET181-500, DET241-500, DET361-500)An additional $8 charge per roll will be added to these rolls of tubing that ship east of Colorado.
For Wholesale Only: Orders $50.00 and under will be charged a $5.00 handling fee.
For Pond Liners Only: Liners under 1,000 sq. ft. are charged an additional $40.00 handling fee.
