Can you send my package to a PO Box?
Yes, USPS can be shipped to a PO Box. UPS cannot.
Do you deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands?
Yes, USPS Priority Mail delivers to these locations.
Do you ship the same day?
Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours. Expedited shipping options are available.
Do you carry American made products?
The majority of the products DripWorks carries are made or assembled in the United States.
How does DripWorks come up with the specifications listed in the catalog?
In general, DripWorks' relies on a manufacturer's specifications. When those numbers are incomplete or unavailable, DripWorks' customer support department will perform testing to determine product performance values.
How can I get tracking for my order?
Once orders leave our warehouse for shipping a tracking link will automatically be emailed to you. Please double check your spam folder in your email if you didn’t not get tracking within 1 business day of placing the order. You can also contact our support team to ask about tracking info by live chatting through the website, emailing in to support@dripworks.com, or calling us at 1-800-522-3747
What is Route Package Protection?
Route Package Protection is shipping insurance for your order that covers order replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.
Drop Shipping and Special Ordered Items
Items such as pond liners, large compost tumblers and tea brewers, greenhouse material, greenhouses, high tunnels are drop shipped directly from the manufacturers and will require shipping quotes. Please call in to 1-800-522-3747 to get a quote done by one of our support agents.
Is there a way to make a note on my order for special accommodations?
Yes, during check out online, below the shipping chart there is a comment section where you can write a note. There you can note things such as requesting to shipping only through a certain carrier, or applying a coupon and other things.
Where are you able to ship products?
We can ship anywhere within the US and to US territories, and Canada.
What shipping methods are used?
USPS is used to ship orders that weigh under 3 lbs., or shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or Alaska. Orders that weigh 3 lbs. and over are shipped via FedEx. For bulk wholesale orders, depending on the weight the order it may ship by freight truck.
How are retail shipping rates calculated?
First, the weight will determine if the order will ship by USPS for a flat fee, or FedEx. If the order is heavy enough to ship through FedEx, the price then will depend on the merchandise total. Please see our shipping page for more info.
How are wholesale shipping rates calculated?
Wholesale orders are charged actual freight that is dependent on the weight of the order.
What qualifies me for a wholesale account?
